At times, we can get stuck in our method of being. Our family and friends might be used to seeing and treating us a specific way. You may be the one who everybody can rely on to share dessert. Its all right to change this! Do not let others make you feel guilty or uncomfortable for making changes or improvements.
4. Make little goals.
When I was at my heaviest, my first goal was to get to 300 lbs., then 250 lbs., and so on. It feels less frustrating if you break down your weight reduction into small, workable goals, and you acquire self-confidence as you attain each goal.
5. Dream big.
You might wish to lose 50, 100, or 100+ pounds. Envision where you desire to go, and make certain that your day-to-day decisions move you forward in your vision.
