10. Child Labor

Child labor is the employment of children in any work that deprives them of their childhood,
interferes with their ability to attend regular school, and that is mentally, physically, socially or
morally dangerous and harmful. It often involves hazardous working conditions and long hours. The
International Labour Organization (ILO) estimates that around 215 million children between the
ages of 5 and 17 are currently engaged in child labor worldwide.
